When did you arrive in Flagler County? What brought you here? I arrived in Flagler County in August 2021 and began operations on Jan. 2, 2022. I have family in Florida, so, when my husband retired, we moved to Florida.
What is new in your business? Revitalize With Me LLC opened for business in Flagler County in January 2022.
What is the best business advice you have received, and how did it impact you? "It's all about the clients. Focus on providing great service to your clients." This advice impacted me in that I highly individualize each program to help each client achieve their desired outcome.
What have you learned about leadership from running your business, and what is your leadership style? Leaders need to be open to new perspectives and innovations. The business landscape is constantly changing, so it's important to continually adapt.
What have been the biggest obstacles to opening or running your business? How have you overcome them? The biggest obstacle has been setting up all the systems that need to be in place to run a business. I keep a list of everything I need to accomplish in order of priority. This keeps me accountable. I’m also willing to reach out to mentors for advice or support.
