Called an “architectural masterpiece” in the MLS, a house in Ormond-by-the-Sea was the top real estate transaction in Ormond Beach and Ormond-by-the-Sea for the week of Sept. 26 to Oct. 2 in the Multiple Listing Service. 1170 John Anderson LLC, of Orlando, sold 1170 John Anderson Drive to Raphael and Inna Houri, as trustees, for $1,752,478. Built in 1984, the house is a 6/3/2 and has a swimming pool, boat dock, boat house and 5,491 square feet. It sold in 2018 for $1.1 million. Following is a partial list of the week’s other sales.

Ormond Beach

Audrey Segale, of Ormond Beach, sold 208 Royal Dunes Circle to Paul and Karissa Peterson, of Ormond Beach, for $526,500. Built in 1962, the house is a 4/2 and has a fireplace, swimming pool and 2,000 square feet.

Paul Bielefeldt, individually and as trustee, sold 18 Greenvale Drive to Christine and Jeffrey Dunn, of Ormond Beach, for $430,000. Built in 2005, the house is a 4/2 and has 3,182 square feet.

Maria and Stephen Signa, of Ormond Beach, sold 308 River Vale Lane to Gerard Raymond and Pamela Harman, of Ormond Beach, for $424,000. Built in 2015, the house is a 4/3 and has 2,944 square feet. It sold in 2018 for $327,500.

William and Julianne Luce, of Wasilla, Alaska, sold 1133 Ocean Shore Blvd., Unit 803, to Timothy and Mary Cleaveland, of Shoreline, Washington, for $410,000. Built in 1971, the condo is a 2/2 and has 1,065 square feet. It sold in 2011 for $160,000.

Sally Greer sold 11 Ardisia Circle to Heidi Neal, of Ormond Beach, for $390,500. Built in 2005, the house is a 3/2 and has a swimming pool and 2,084 square feet. It sold in 2013 for $226,000.

James and Judith Watts, of Hendersonville, Tennessee, sold 1275 Ocean Shore Blvd., Unit 103, to Ronald and Carol Watts, of Jackson, Georgia, for $313,000. Built in 1981, the condo is a 2/2 and has 1,013 square feet.

David and Judith Cooper, of Eugene, Oregon, sold 540 S. Center St. to Doug Case, as trustee, for $310,000. Built in 1987, the house is a 3/2 and has a fireplace and 1,631 square feet.

Mitchel Novas and Jean Dwyer, of Ormond Beach, sold 223 Rockefeller Drive to Ashley Brodick, of Port Orange, for $300,000. Built in 1949, the house is a 4/2 and has 1,350 square feet.

Kevin Zambrana sold 453 S. Atlantic Ave., Unit 3020, to Janet Kirkland, of Eustis, for $160,000. Built in 1987, the condotel has 349 square feet.

Steven and Nancy Miles, of Ponte Vedra Beach, sold 33 Forest View Way to John Fenga, of Ormond Beach, for $775,000. Built in 1987, the house is a 4/2.5 and has a swimming pool and 5,033 square feet.

Halifax Plantation

Gary and Debora Wheeler, individually and as trustee, sold 3963 S. Chinook Lane to Kenneth and Iris Compher, of Ormond Beach, for $469,900. Built in 2001, the house is a 4/2 and has 2,205 square feet. It sold in 2020 for $386,900.

Patricia Wilson, of Palm Coast, sold 1312 Antrim Circle to Diane Morrow, of Ormond Beach, for $400,000. Built in 2000, the house is a 3/2 and has 2,339 square feet.

Oak Forest

Jeffrey Dabney sold 1419 N. Beach St. to Louis Gervais and Antonette Prince, of Ormond Beach, for $315,000. Built in 1978, the house is a 3/3 and has a fireplace and 2,499 square feet. It sold in 2019 for $235,000.

Ocean Village

Geho Gold, of Gainesville, sold 20 Oriole Circle, Unit A, to Susan Harris, of Alexandria, Virginia, for $145,000. Built in 1947, the villa is a 1/1 and has 504 square feet.

Spring Meadows

Elsa Pearson, of Ormond Beach, and Sheila Haskell, of Norwalk, Connecticut, sold 61 Spring Meadows Drive to Dorothy Klein, of Ormond Beach, for $355,000. Built in 1999, the house is a 3/2 and has 2,003 square feet.

The Trails

Sandra Epps, of Ormond Beach, sold 208 Timberline Trail to Antoinette and Lawrence Crimmins, of Ormond Beach, for $215,000. Built in 1980, the townhouse is a 2/2 and has 1,524 square feet.

Tomoka Oaks

Michael and Jennifer Brenner, of Ormond Beach, sold 101 N. St. Andrews Drive to Gregory Langley, of Ormond Beach, for $610,000. Built in 1989, the house is a 3/2.5 and has a fireplace, swimming pool and 4,053 square feet. It sold in 2017 for $342,500.

Tymber Creek

Kirsten Scherer, of Ormond Beach, sold 4 Creeksbridge Court to Candice Kealy and Raymond Basinger, of Ormond Beach, for $256,000. Built in 1977, the house is a 3/2 and has a fireplace and 1,428 square feet. It sold in 2019 for $189,900.

Tomoka Oaks

David and Kayecee Carter sold 200 Rio Pinar Drive to Tami Tarver, Joe Bates and Jasmine Lawrence for $375,000. Built in 1978, the house is a 4/2.5 and has a fireplace and 2,184 square feet. It sold in 2019 for $286,000.

Verona Oceanside

MHK of Volusia County Inc., of Daytona Beach, sold 30 Watchtower Drive to Victoria Smith, of Ormond Beach, for $1,078,240. Built in 2021, the house is a 4/4.5 and has a swimming pool and 2,887 square feet.

Ormond-by-the-Sea

Randall and Francesca Zachary, of Morrow Bay, California, sold 3661 John Anderson Drive to David and Laura Dellehunt, of Kinderhook, New York, for $650,000. Built in 1974, the house is a 3/2.5 and has two fireplaces, a swimming pool and 2,670 square feet. It sold in 2016 for $380,000.

Michael Dermody sold 149 Laurie Drive to Harry and Melissa Kazarian, of Orlando, for $298,000. Built in 1957, the house is a 2/1 and has 1,146 square feet. It sold in 2015 for $103,000.

Jonathan Rotstein sold 5 Poinsettia Drive to Michael and Gina Bradley, of Kingsport, Tennessee, for $293,000. Built in 1955, the house is a 2/2 and has 1,080 square feet.

Jenifer Clayton, of Ormond Beach, sold 3180 Ocean Shore Blvd., Unit 111, to Paulina and Luigi Dedvukaj, of Yorktown Heights, New York, for $265,000. Built in 1994, the condo is a 2/2 and has 876 square feet. It sold in 2018 for $171,500.

Ivan and Wilma Franklin, of Chatsworth, Georgia, sold 17 Ocean Breeze Circle to John and Natalie Velasquez, of Winter Park, for $245,000. Built in 1979, the house is a 2/2 and has 960 square feet. It sold in 2011 for $115,000.
