Built in 1963, the house is a 4/2.5 and has 2,205 square feet. It sold in 2020 for $425,000.
Diahann Kramer, of Ormond Beach, sold 60 Vining Court, Unit 10, to 60 Vining Ct #10 LLC, of Ormond Beach, for $149,000. Built in 1973, the condo is a 1/1 and has 525 square feet. It sold in 2021 for $129,900.
Nancy Iorio, of Ormond Beach, sold 140 Limewood Place, Unit 3, to Lawrence Ware II, of Woodbine, Iowa, for $198,500. Built in 1985, the house is a 2/3 and has 1,300 square feet. It sold in 2019 for $127,000.
