The Volusia Chamber Alliance will host a Summer Series Mega Power Hour for area businesses, with three nationally recognized speakers in July. This series will take the place of the Alliance Mega Mixer traditionally held in June.

The series will kick off on July 14 with Glenn Shepard, national presenter and author. He will discuss the best techniques for managing and motivating employees and getting everyone working together as a team.

On July 21, Jerry Parrish, Florida Chamber chief economist, will present an in-depth analysis of economic trends. He will share insights to help business understand future demographics and their impact on our economy.

Shari Pash, national speaker on growth strategies, will wrap up the series on July 28. She will discuss using LinkedIn to create a buzz around your business and how to discover greater success with generating sales.

All hour-long sessions will begin at 11:30 a.m. Registration is available for individual sessions or the three-part series at VolusiaChamberAlliance.com. The series is presented by Adams Cameron and Company Realtors and sponsored by CareerSource Flagler/Volusia. Florida Health Care Plans and Vision HR are Chamber Advocate sponsors.

The Volusia Chamber Alliance is made up of seven Chambers of Commerce: Daytona Beach Regional, DeLand Area and Orange City Alliance, Holly Hill, Ormond Beach, Port Orange South Daytona, Southeast Volusia and West Volusia Regional.
