Advanced Holdings Real Estate LLC, of Ocala, sold 5 Spanish Oaks Court to Richard and Rebecca Furbee, of Palm Coast, for $1,099,500. Built in 2021, the house is a 3/3 and has 3,229 square feet. Following is a partial list of other transactions for the week.

Barbara Alexion, of Stuart, sold 1601 N. Central Ave., Unit 904, to Jordan Farkas and Janet Seitzer, of Flagler Beach, for $566,000. Built in 1984, the condo is a 2/2 and has 1,215 square feet. It sold in 2012 for $225,000.

Offerpad SPE Borrower A LLC, of Chandler, Arizona, sold 2682 S. Ocean Shore Blvd. to Crystal and Marc Apostol, of Flagler Beach, for $399,900. Built in 1997, the condo is a 2/2 and has 1,530 square feet. It sold in September for $350,000.

Bunnell

Joel and Gail Lawson sold 601 Moore St. N. to James and Sue Mcintyre, of Bunnell, for $185,000. Built in 1964, the house is a 2/1 and has 1,018 square feet.

Grand Haven

M. Weber LLC, of Palm Coast, sold 7 Sandpiper Court to Nicholas and Kara Elmer, of Palm Coast, for $562,000. Built in 2001, the house is a 4/3 and has a fireplace and 2,986 square feet. It sold in 2011 for $240,000.

Gayle Perry, of Gainesville, sold 81 W. Waterside Parkway to Christopher Glenn and Eleanor Fritsche, of Palm Coast, for $332,500. Built in 2005, the house is a 3/2 and has 1,759 square feet. It sold in 2017 for $222,500.
