According to Palm Coast’s Business Assistance Center, the following companies were issued tax receipts June Oct. 12-16:

• Home-based businesses: Covenant Ambuland, car service; BR Mako LLC, window, door, siding contractor; Orocon Construction LLC, general contractor; R&L East Coast Properties Inc., unclassified personal service; Fairy Dusters, janitorial service; Angelic Cleaning, janitorial service; TJD Handyman services, handyman service; Advanced Hunting Technology LLC, internet; Florida Coast Pool Services Inc., pool cleaning service; M.J.T Clean Air Solutions, unclassified personal service; Marion’s Pressure Washing & Mobile Detailing, detail auto/boat; Espinoza Stucco & Plaster LLC, unclassified personal service; Salvatore Mennella, repair.

PALM COAST PERMITS

The following is an update for permit activity in the city for Oct. 8-14. Total number of all permits issued: 211. Since 2009, $781 million in construction dollars have been invested in Palm Coast.

Commercial permit applications

Lightholder Building Contractors applied for a $27,238 application for bowling alley renovations at 11 Old Kings Road N.

Commercial permits issued

Crown Oak Construction was issued a $25,000 permit for renovations at Anthony’s Pizza at 250 Palm Coast Parkway NE, Unit 405.

Manley Construction was issued a $5,000 permit for renovations at Radiology Room at 309 Palm Coast Parkway NE.

Residential permits issued

Red Carpet Homes was issued a $358,000 permit for a single-family residence at 33 Front St.

Saltwater Homes was issued a $322,000 permit for a single-family residence at 203 Aspen Way.

Everlast Homes Inc. was issued a $297,000 permit for a single-family residence at 8 Potterville Lane.

Seagate Homes was issued a $271,000 permit for a single-family residence at 40 Wellford Lane.

D. R. Horton was issued a $228,000 permit for a single-family residence at 62 Auberry Drive.

Adams Homes was issued a $203,000 permit for a single-family residence at 22 Rosecroft Lane.

Hodgins Construction was issued a $17,000 permit for an addition at 34 Auberry Drive.

A Certified Screen was issued a $14,000 permit for an addition at 1 Blaine Court.

Dulando Screen was issued a $9,000 permit for an addition at 36 Barkley Lane.

Gulfstream Homes was issued a $9,000 permit for an addition at 8 Crafton Court.

Dom Salvatore Home Improvements was issued a $6,000 permit for an alteration at 24 Ludlow Lane W.

Cannon Home Services was issued a $4,000 permit for an alteration at 18 Esperanto Southern Screen was issued a $4,000 permit for an addition at 7 Bellmore Place.Drive.

Occupancy permits

Vera Duren was issued an occupancy permit for QE Team LLC (truck repairs) at 77 Hargrove Grade.

Salvatore Mennella was issued an occupancy permit for Salvatore Mennella (gunsmith) at 38 Round Thorn Drive.

Certificate of occupancy

Hawkins Construction was issued a $5,932,000 certificate of occupancy for Publix at 250 Palm Coast Parkway NE, Building 1000.
