Vistage Florida has appointed Todd Buch as leader for the Palm Coast area, which ranges from Ormond Beach to St. Augustine. Originally founded as the Executive Committee, Vistage Florida is an organization of chief executives where the members can discuss issues they face in the office and at home.
Buch has 30 years of automobile dealership experience as partner/owner in Pennsylvania where he was named Time Magazine Quality Dealer of the Year.
Buch will serve as mentor, facilitate group meetings and meet one-on-one. He is currently hand picking business leaders to be charter members.

Halifax Health President and Chief Executive Officer Jeff Feasel has been named to the 2015 edition of Becker’s Hospital Review’s list of 130 nonprofit hospital and health system “CEOs to know.”
“This is a tremendous honor for Jeff,” says Glenn Ritchey, chairman of the Halifax Health Board of Commissioners. “He has done a great job stewarding Halifax Health.”
Feasel began his healthcare career at hospitals in Ohio where he spent 16 years directing essential business operations. He joined Halifax Health in 2000 and was named president and chief executive officer of Halifax Health in 2005.
He has a bachelor’s degree in business administration and a master’s in business administration.
Halifax Health Medical Center has been recognized by the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services for achievement by conducting activities that promoted enrollment in state organ donor registries.
