ICI Homes wins design award

ICI Homes received a design award from the Florida Home Builders Association at the Southeast Building Conference in Orlando recently. The company received an Excel Award in the category of Best Interior Merchandising of a Model Home over $1 Million for its Bordeaux model at Plantation Bay Golf and Country Club in Ormond Beach.

The Bordeaux home was designed by ICI Homes’ interior designer Judy Ellsworth, who has served as the company’s in-house designer for more than 15 years.

ICI Homes is headquartered in Daytona Beach.

Perrott, Tomoka Brewing join forces

A new, unique beverage will be available in August at Tomoka Brewing Co., as well as in draught and bottles through S.R. Perrott, a beverage distributor in Ormond Beach.

Tomoka Brewing, located in Ormond Beach and Port Orange, has collaborated with Terrapin Brewing Co., of Athens, Georgia, to make a brew called Mint Julep Southern Sour. Perrott distributes products from both of the brewers.
