The festival was held at Deland High School.
Ormond Beach teen Jonathan Dills performed in the 42nd Annual All-County Band and Orchestra Music Festival Jan. 31. Dills was first chair cello at the concert held at Deland High School.
Featuring middle and high school instrumental music students, this year’s festival included over 300 musicians selected from the public schools throughout the county. The conductor of the middle school band was John Seth, director of bands at Flagler Palm Coast High School, and the conductor of the high school band was Dr. Douglas Phillips, director of bands at Stetson University.
