John and Margaret Obrien, of Flagler Beach, sold the home at 22 Edmond Place to Vickie and Larry Miller, of Haymarket, Virginia, for $350,000. Built in 2002, it has four bedrooms, three bathrooms a spa, fireplace and 2,486 square feet of living area.

J.T. Vanacore, a Florida Limited Liability Company sold the home at 101 Edward Drive to David and Donna Aubel, of Palm Coast, for $284,900. Built in 2015, it has four bedrooms, two bathrooms and 2,417 square feet of living area.

Kenneth and Maragaret Davis, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 19 Egret Trail to Maria Williams, of Palm Coast, for $219,000. Built in 2006, it has three bedrooms, two bathrooms and 1,904 square feet of living area. Previously sold for $320,000 in 2007.

Robert and Kathleen Coates, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 22 Ellsworth Drive to Robert Smith and Brigette Love, of Hopkinsville, Kentucky, for $270,000. Federal Home Loan Mortgage Corporation, of McLean, Virginia, sold the home at 40 Eric Drive to Terin and Deborah Ronson, of Saint Augustine, for $241,000. Built in 2000, it has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, spa, swimming pool and 2,024 square feet of living area. Previously sold for $289,000 in 2004.

D.R. Horton sold the home at 34 Auberry Drive to Philip Farino, of Palm Coast, for $249,990. Built in 2015, it has four bedrooms, two bathrooms, one half bath and 2,042 square feet of living area.

Michael Grace and Joanne Wells, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 27 Barrister Lane to Karen and Edward Gojekian, of Palm Coast, for $170,000. Built in 2000, it has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a swimming pool and 1,786 square feet of living area. Previously sold for $303,600 in 2005.

Dillon and Victoria Mavrich, of Daytona Beach, sold the home at 134 Beechwood Lane to Mary and Lawrence Bast, of Fairfax, Virginia, for $112,000. Built in 1979, it has three bedrooms, two bathrooms and 1,368 square feet of living area. Sold previously for $82,000 in 2010.

Maronda Homes Incorporated, of Jacksonville, sold the home at 28 Frenora Lane to Alvin and Linda Grantz, of Palm Coast, for $229,900. Built in 2014, it has four bedrooms, three bathrooms and 2,427 square feet of living area.

Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, of Coppell, Texas, sold the home at 2806 Ocean Shore Boulevard to Jendanco LLC, of Longwood, for $330,000. Built in 2002, it has two bedrooms, two bathrooms and 2,425 square feet of living area.

Pine Grove

Federal National Mortgage Association, of Dallas, Texas, sold the home at 7 Pier Lane to Sheri Vitez, of Littlestown, Pennsylvania, for $129,900. Built in 2000, it has three bedrooms, two bathrooms and 1,466 square feet of living area. Previously sold for $172,000 in 2007.

Ansa Yahya, of Ormond Beach, sold the home at 34 Point of Woods Drive to Andrey and Maryna Afonin, of Palm Coast, for $168,000. Built in 2004, it has four bedrooms, three bathrooms and 2,679 square feet of living area.

Pine Lakes

Elmer and Idelaydis Campo, of Sanford, sold the home at 54 Wood Cedar Drive to John and Oksana Richards, of Palm Coast, for $350,000. Built in 2006, it has four bedrooms, three bathrooms, one half bath, a swimming pool and 3,026 square feet of living area. Previously sold for $185,000 in 2011.

Saint Johns Development

Southern Storm Investment Incorporated, of Flagler Beach, sold the home at 88 Cheryl Elaine Drive to Theron and Lee Page, of Bunnell, for $57,000. Built in 1970, it has two bedrooms, one bathroom, a storage building and 970 square feet of living area.
