Bruce Rossmeyer’s Daytona Harley Davidson is celebrating its 20-year anniversary.

BY WAYNE GRANT | STAFF WRITER

Mandy Rossmeyer Campbell, marketing manager at Bruce Rossmeyer’s Daytona Harley Davidson, is expecting a successful Bike Week after her company has sold out all hotel rooms and vendor space at its Destination Daytona facility for the first time in several years. Vendors at the business for the week range from exhaust systems to insurance carriers.

“We’re excited,” she said. “It’s going to be a great Bike Week.”

Rossmeyer said they were also able to get a good inventory of motorcycles in time for the event, so they expect strong sales. She said visitors, as well as locals, buy motorcycles during the week because they are “in the mood."

“We take in a lot of trades,” she said.

The company is also celebrating an anniversary this year. The late Bruce Rossmeyer started the dealership on Beach Street in Daytona Beach 20 years ago. It is now located at Bruce Rossmeyer’s Destination Daytona, 1637 N. U.S. 1, which also features a hotel, restaurant and motorcycle schools.
