It’s time to stop and smell the roses.

The Ormond Beach Garden Club will present its annual Sweetheart Tea and Flower Show 12:30 p.m. Wednesday, Feb. 5, at The Casements. This year, the club is celebrating it’s 50th show by titling it “The Golden Age of Flowers.”

Founded in 1950, the club’s mission is to beautify Ormond Beach and its surroundings. The club offers floral workshops, garden tours, field trips and flower shows.

Open to the public, the show features a variety of flower arrangements and plants cultivated by club members. Some snacks and refreshments will be available as long as some items for sale.

A $5 donation is requested.
