At the conclusion of Florida’s statewide election of all Student Working Against Tobacco chapters, votes were tabulated, and Flagler County senior Melissa Boyles was officially elected to serve as 2013-2014 statewide chairwoman.

For the past three years, Boyles has served as the chairwoman of the Flagler County Youth Center’s S.W.A.T. chapter and actively participated in Flagler County’s Tobacco Free Partnership. As statewide chairwoman, Boyles will meet with Florida Health Department leaders and legislators in Tallahassee.
