Elevator speech
Donna Murray’s elevator speech is purposely short and sweet because of how complicated insurance can be. She says, simply, “I take the confusion out of insurance. How can I help?”
Her approach is one of building relationships. “We have a base of loyal clients who refer family and friends to us because they trust us,” Murray wrote via email.
Wow factor
In March, Murray set up her own website, joindonna.net, through USA Benefits Group, a conglomerate of top insurance agents around the country since 1988. From March until now, she has sold $1.5 million in individual health insurance, which makes her the top agent in the country. The website, where either she can shop for health plans or her customer can, is her wow factor.
