PALM COAST BUSINESS ACTIVITY
According to Palm Coast’s Business Assistance Center, the following companies were issued business tax receipts May 20 to May 24:
• Brightway Insurance is at 55 Plaza Drive.
• Quantum Electrical Contractors Inc. is at 15 Hargrove Lane.
• Home-based businesses: LRC, a power washing service; Russell Brown’s Landscaping Service; ATM Legacy Group, a landscaping service; Daryl Jowais, a home-based floor covering installation service; and O’Brien Pest Control Services LLC.
PALM COAST PERMITS
The following is an update for permit activity in the city May 17 to May 23. Total number of all permits issued: 141.
Residential permits issued:
• Charles Rinek Construction was issued a $320,000 permit for a single-family residence at 7 Edgely Place.
• Intervest Construction was issued a $223,000 permit for a single-family residence at 9 Edmond Place.
• Aluminum Creations was issued a $10,000 permit for an addition to 23 Boxwood Lane.
• Quality First Builder was issued a $6,500 permit for alterations to 40 Westrock Lane.
• Ted & Bobs Aluminum was issued a $2,400 permit for an addition to 13 Bellaire Drive.
• East Coast Building Corp. was issued a $1,200 permit for alterations to 3 Carr Lane.
Occupancy permits issued:
• Zetrouer Jewelers claimed occupancy at 160 Cypress Point Parkway, Unit C101.
• 2 of a Kind Hair Studio claimed occupancy at 232 St. Joe Plaza.
