+ Intracoastal Bank turns 5

June marks five years of business for Intracoastal Bank — and in that time, the bank has grown from 10 employees to 24 and from no assets or deposits to $187.3 million in assets and $168.4 million in deposits. It has lent about $97 million to local businesses in the community.

“When we opened our doors on June 16, 2008, we were focused on one goal: to become Flagler Conty’s best (not biggest) bank,” said Bruce Page, president and CEO of Intracoastal Bank, in a statement. “We are thrilled with the success that we’ve had in Flagler County over the past five years and we look forward to bringing that same momentum to Volusia County with the recent addition of our Daytona Beach lending center.”
