As of Friday, May 11, there are 18 loggerhead nests in Flagler County, according to the Volusia/Flagler Turtle Patrol.
There are six nests in Flagler Beach, four nests in section FN, which is the area from Washington Oaks to Jungle Hut, and eight nests are in section FS, which runs from Jungle Hut to Beverly Beach.
No nests have been formed yet in Beverly Beach.
