Erica Maron won the first Photoshop Wizard Challenge, held at Flagler Palm Coast High School.
The challenge was to design a fictitious poster for the 2012 “Feel The Heat” Jalapeno Eating Contest. The twist was that designers must incorporate a provided photo into their posters. Any student at FPC was encouraged to enter the contest, designed by teacher Edson Beckett.
Maron is a junior, who took Beckett’s graphic design II class in the first term. She will be an advanced-placement art student next year.
