Palm Coast Arts Foundation awards first arts scholarship

The Palm Coast Arts Foundation awarded its first $500 Ernie Refolo Arts Scholarship to Kelly Kryspin, a 2012 graduate of Flagler Palm Coast High School.

The scholarship name was dedicated to Ernie Refolo, who was a founding member of the foundation. During his life he was active in small theater as an actor and set designer.

The Ernie Refolo Arts Scholarship was made possible by contributions from the Palm Coast Arts Foundation Board of Trustees and his widow, Joan Refolo. The scholarship will be awarded annually.
