A total of 104 permits were issued through Palm Coast between Thursday, July 5, and Wednesday, July 11.
Three commercial permit applications were submitted, including one from Big Services Inc., for a $100,000 permit for interior renovations to CVS Pharmacy, at 515 Belle Terre Parkway. The other two were issued to Fantastic Homes Construction, for $30,500 alterations to Palm Coast Investments, at 56 Plaza Drive, and Caprock LLC, for $7,400 alterations to Sami’s Pizza, at 4982 Palm Coast Parkway.
Two commercial certificates of occupancy were issued, one to Auburn Homes Inc., for occupancy of Smiles Night Club, at 9 Palm Harbor Village Way, and the other to Whitley Builders LLC, for alterations to a chiropractic office, at 4877 Palm Coast Parkway.
One occupancy permit was issued to Manuel Rentas P.A., at 4871 Palm Coast Parkway.
No commercial permits were issued.
The largest residential permit of the week was issued to Encompass Aluminum, for a $25,000 addition to 177 Pritchard Drive. No permits for single-family residences were issued.
