Construction orders in for tobacco shop, bar and buffet

A total of 130 permits were issued through the city between Thursday, Jan. 26 and Tuesday, Jan. 31.

Three occupancy permits were issued, to Assured Home Care (located at 4875 Palm Coast Parkway); Syltbar LLC — Import Export/Logistics (3 Cypress Branch Way); and LW Trike LLC (160 Cypress Poitn Parkway).

A $429,825 commercial certificate of occupancy was issued to RD Michaels Inc., for the shell of an AT&T building at 5180 State Road 100.

A $35,000 commercial permit was also issued to Infinimage Construction, for Dynasty Buffet at 10 Palm Harbor Village Way. Another commercial permit, for $1,109, was issued to Gold Coast Home Builders, for interior renovations to 4881 Palm Coast Parkway.

Two commercial permit applications were submitted, as well, for $2,300 interior renovations to Farley’s Bar, at 101 Palm Harbor Parkway, and $2,300 interior renovations to JMJ Tobacco at 800 Belle Terre Parkwya.

The largest residential permit of the week was issued to DR Horton, for a single-family residence at 105 Hidden Lakes Drive. The largest renovation permit was the week was issued to Verdego Inc., for a $40,000 pergola at 2001 Waterside Parkway in Grand Haven.
