A total of 96 permits were issued through the city between Wednesday, Aug 24, and Wednesday, Aug. 31.

One occupancy order was issued, to Korabella Creations LLC, at 389 Palm Coast Parkway. Another commercial certificate of occupancy was issued, to H&G Structures Inc., for interior renovations to Wal-Mart, at 174 Cypress Point Parkway.

A development order was submitted for a Florida Hospital Flagler satellite medical plaza, at the Cobblestone Village, at Cypress Edge Drive. A development order was submitted for a multi-use path on Belle Terre Parkway, between State Road 100 and Ponce de Leon Drive, as well.

The largest residential permit of the week was issued to Seagate Homes, for a $354,000 single-family home, at 67 Post View Drive. The largest renovation permit was issued to Mikzad Mehrdad, for a $10,000 addition to 228 London Drive.
