+ Ginger Root Raw Café loses chef, scales back
A week after we reported on the Ginger Root Market expanding its raw menu, raw chef Carol Brown was let go for financial reasons. The store will no longer offer freshly prepared raw menu items, but will continue to operate as a vegetarian/ethnic market.
