Palm Harbor home sells for $385,000

A home in Palm Harbor tops the list of all real estate transactions for the week of June 6 to June 10.

Graham and Sheila Strong, of Hayesville, N.C., sold the home at 16 Cottonwood Court to Jeffrey Behrens and Catherine Brown, both of Palm Coast, for $385,000.

Built in 1998, it has three bedrooms, 2.5 baths, a pool, a boat dock, a boat lift and 2,396 square feet of living area.

It previously sold for $843,000 in 2005.
