Island Estates home sells for $1.05 million

A home in Island Estates tops the list of all real estate transactions for the week of June 20 to June 24.

Jeffrey and Kathleen Wallace, of Southampton, Pa., sold the home at 121 Island Estates Parkway to Steven Taylor, of Palm Coast, for $1.05 million.

Built in 2008, it has four bedrooms, five baths, a pool, a spa, a summer kitchen, a boat dock, a boat house and 4,507 square feet of living area.
