A condo in Hammock Dunes tops the list of all real estate transactions for the week of Aug. 8 to Aug. 12.

Flora Haselden and James Haselden, both of Palm Coast, sold Unit 602 at 19 Ave. De La Mer to George and Erin Logemann, of Naperville, Ill., for $570,000.

Built in 2005, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 2,340 square feet of living area.

It sold for $869,300 in 2005.
