VFW Post 8696 held its first Collectibles and Craft Sale Saturday, Nov. 27. It was organized by Marie Robinson and Kathy Papson, who said it will become an annual event.
Mike and Connie Cadenhead were among the customers. Mike owns a collection of Matchbox cars and a city of 50 miniature houses, which he spends weeks setting up for the holidays. Now, he'll have to spend an extra few minutes because he is the proud owner of two new Coca-Cola-themed Volkswagen Beetles.
