Trespass. A gas station manager, fed up, pressed charges against a man who would repeatedly litter at a gas station.

The suspect had been trespassed from the gas station multiple times in 2022 and 2025, and had most recently received a trespass warning on Jan. 11. The gas station manager told a Sheriff’s Office deputy that the suspect was “constantly violating the [trespass] warnings,” according to the arrest report.

She said the suspect would show up to the gas station daily, idle in the parking lot and leave litter. The suspect was arrested and taken to the county jail.

According to his arrest history, the man also had been trespassed from two other Palm Coast businesses since 2019.
