A Palm Coast man was arrested in Jan. 21 after he allegedly stole from multiple home improvement stores in Flagler County.

Williams Biddle, 34, of Palm Coast, was arrested by the Daytona Beach Police Department in coordination with the Flagler County Sheriff's Office. Biddle has been captured on security footage stealing hundreds of dollars in power tools on multiple occaissions, a FCSO press release said.

On Dec. 31, 2025, FCSO deputies responded to Home Depot in Palm Coast for a shoplifting incident in progress. A loss prevention employee told deputies they had saw Biddle enters the store, walk directly to the power tools and climb the shelves to grab two Milwaukee nail guns worth $399 and $329. Biddle then exited the store though the entrance passing the registers without paying, the press release said.

Biddle sold the tools, and, in an interview with FCSO detectives, he said he stole and sold them because he needed the money.

During its investigation, the FCSO found Biddle had also stolen from a Lowes in Palm Coast on Dec. 12, taking a $369 hedge trimmer and a power too kit worth $649, the press release said.

Biddle was taken to the Volusia County Branch Jail, the press release said, and he will be extradited to the Sheriff Perry Hall Inmate Detention Facility to face his theft charges.
