The house sold on Dec. 31, for $890,000. Built in 2023, the house is a 3/3.5 and has a pool and 2,550 square feet. It last sold in 2023 for $746,200.

The house at 1457 Admiral Nimitz Ave. sold on Dec. 29, for $376,000. Built in 2023, the house is a 4/3 and has 2,088 square feet. It last sold in 2023 for $335,000.

The house at 630 Coral Reef Way sold on Dec. 29, for $643,500. Built in 2022, the house is a 3/3 and has 2,083 square feet. It last sold in 2022 for $422,700.

The house at 568 Landshark Blvd. sold on Dec. 30, for $380,000. Built in 2021, the house is a 2/22 and has 1,482 square feet. It last sold in 2021 for $244,000.

The house at 107 Coastal Ave. sold on Dec. 29, for $605,000. Built in 2025, the house is a 3/2 and has a pool, a spa and 1,848 square feet. It last sold in June 2025 for $585,800.
