Built in 1992, the house is a 4/4.5 and has a fireplace, a pool, a spa, a boat dock, a boat house and 6,498 square feet.

The condo at 1155 Ocean Shore Blvd., Unit 201, sold on Dec. 23, for $433,000. Built in 1971, the condo is a 2/2 and has 1,200 square feet. It last sold in 1971 for $36,500.
The house at 33 Coquina Ridge Way sold on Dec. 23, for $665,000. Built in 1998, the house is a 4/3 and has a fireplace, a pool, a spa and 2,602 square feet. It last sold in 2014 for $299,000.
The house at 345 Grove St. sold on Dec. 23, for $325,000. Built in 1963, the house is a 3/1.5 and has a fireplace and 1,420 square feet. It last sold in 2021 for $235,000.
The townhome at 96 Old Barn Trail sold on Dec. 23, for $280,000. Built in 1984, the townhome is a 4/2.5 and has 2,148 square feet. It last sold in 2003 for $141,000.
The house at 56 Poinsettia Drive sold on Dec. 24, for $335,000. Built in 1955, the house is a 3/3 and has 1,486 square feet. It last sold in 2024 for $230,000.
The house at 48 Carol Road sold on Dec. 23, for $215,000. Built in 1961, the house is a 2/1 and has a pool and 1,000 square feet. It last sold in 2017 for $170,000.
The house at 8 Sea Gull Terrace sold on Dec. 23, for $450,000. Built in 1987, the house is a 3/2 and has 1,561 square feet.
