Senior Isabella Kummernes and junior Katherine Ouellette each had a hat trick on Senior Night as Flagler Palm Coast shut out Pine Ridge 8-0 in a Five Star Conference tournament quarterfinal on Tuesday, Jan. 6, at Sal Campanella Stadium.
The top-seeded Bulldogs remained undefeated at 11-0-4 and advanced to the semifinals on Jan. 7. The championship and consolation finals are scheduled for Friday, Jan. 9.
Before the game, FPC celebrated seniors Eva Sites, Lacie Clay, Laura Hererra, Kummernes, Natalie Neal and Kaighman Gordon.
Lauralee Macleod and Hailey Sammons also scored for the Bulldogs. Kummernes' third and final goal ended the game at the 55:55 mark due to the mercy rule.
"I haven't had (a hat trick) for a long time, so it was a good way for Senior Night to end," Kummernes said.
Ouellette has scored multiple goals in five games, but this was her first hat trick. She now has 11 goals for the season.
"This is my best season yet," she said.
Macleod leads the Bulldogs with 15 goals.
