Harry Francis Kuleski, Jr., 79, of Palm Coast, Florida, passed away peacefully at his home. Born in Phoenixville, Pennsylvania, A 1964 graduate of Bunnell High School, Harry was a man defined by his devotion to duty. He proudly served his country in the United States Navy and the United States Coast Guard.
Harry was a Deputy Sheriff for the Flagler County Sheriff’s Office where he served multiple roles including patrol, field training, traffic, and investigations before retiring in 2011. In 2012 Harry returned to Law Enforcement with the Bunnell Police Department as a reserve (volunteer) detective sergeant. He was recognized as the Crime Stoppers Officer of the Year and also received a Lifetime Achievement Award for helping the community.
Harry was known for his generosity and his desire to keep things neat. He found a simple joy in cutting grass, ensuring the neighborhood landscape was pristine. He loved visiting military and law enforcement museums. He also had a passion for fast cars.
Harry was preceded in death by his parents, Harry Francis Kuleski, Sr. and Nereid Alice Rockett; his son, Christopher Paul Kuleski; and his twin children. He is survived by his loving wife, Linda Kay Bobka Kuleski; and his brother, Erick Stephen Kuleski, Sr. (Gloria); his children, Brian Reid Kuleski (Elizabeth), Jessica Lynn Kuleski, and Jonathan S. Tyler Kuleski (Kinga Marietta). His legacy lives on through his cherished grandchildren: Ethan Kirkland, Tesla Kirkland, Rowyn Klein, and Hannah Kuleski.
A service to celebrate Harry’s life will be held on Monday February 16, 2026 at 10:00 a.m. at the the First Baptist Church of Bunnell, 2301 Commerce Pkwy, Bunnell, FL. Interment will be held on Tuesday, February 17, 2026 at 2:00 p.m. at the Cape Canaveral National Cemetery, 5525 US 1, Mims FL, 32754.
In honor of Harry’s lifetime of maritime service, the family kindly requests that donations be made to the National Coast Guard Museum Association.
