Memorial Service for FCSO K-9 Kyro set for 11 a.m. Friday, Oct. 24

The service will be held at First Baptist Church Bunnell. All are welcome to attend.

Sheriff Rick Staly and the Flagler County Sheriff’s Office invite the community to attend the memorial service for K-9 Kyro.

The service will be held on Friday, Oct. 24, beginning at 11 a.m. at First Baptist Church Bunnell, 2301 Commerce Parkway, Bunnell. The service is open to the public and all are welcome to attend.

Following the memorial service, you are invited to join Sheriff Staly and Master Deputy Marcus Dawson as they unveil changes to the K-9 Memorial at the nearby Flagler Sheriff’s Operations Center.

Kyro passed away in the line of duty on Oct. 14 due to an undiagnosed heart condition from birth.
