Bette Steflik, age 71, passed away September 20, 2025. Born December 7, 1953 to Betty and Michael Steflik in St. Augustine, Florida, she was raised in Flagler County, Florida. Bette graduated from the University of Tampa, where she was awarded a Bachelor’s of Arts degree. Portland Oregon became her home, where she worked as both a graphics designer and a Feng Shui practitioner. Bette loved the natural envornment wherever she lived, especially mountains, coastal areas and oceanic resources. She had a tender heart for animals and pets, especially her beloved horse, Santana, which she enjoyed over many years of companionship. Bette is survived by her sister Mechele(Edwin) Conklin, nephew Christopher Conklin and his family, all of Tallahasee, Florida.
