Business and marketing coach Stephanie Hines will be joined by Ormond Beach Mayor Jason Leslie and the city's Economic Development Director Brian Rademacher for a workshop event on Wednesday, Nov. 19.
The free event, "Scale & Thrive in 2026: Growth Strategies for Local Business Owners," will be held from 1-4 p.m. at 31 Supper Club, located at 31 W. Granada Blvd. According to a press release, the event will combine city leadership insights with practical marketing strategies and AI tools designed to help small business capture opportunities in the growing local market.
"Business owners keep telling me they hear about all the development happening in Flagler and surrounding communities, but they're not sure how it translates to growth for their own company," Hines said in the press release. "This workshop connects those dots, showing exactly how to position your business to benefit from what's coming to our community."
Leslie and Rademacher will speak about the city's small business support programs, upcoming economic initiatives and opportunities for local entrepreneurs in 2026. Hines, who is celebrating 20 years of business coaching, will show attendees how to turn those insights into a marketing plan.
