Palm Coast's new Chick-fil-A on State Road 100 will open at 6:30 a.m. on Nov. 11.
Located at 5865 State Road 100, the Chick-fil-A Seminole Woods will offer one free entree or kid's meal to anyone who visits on opening day dressed in cow attire or wearing a cow-spotted accessory, according to an email from a Chick-fil-A spokesperson. The offer is limited to one per person in cow attire per day.
The restaurant will be open Monday through Saturday from 6:30 a.m. to 10 p.m. for dine-in, drive-thru, carry out, delivery, mobile pick-up and catering, a press release said.
Owner-Operator Glen Efford also owns the Chick-fil-A on Palm Coast Parkway. He said he looks forward to serving more guests while bringing in around 100 jobs to the community.
“My inspiration to become a Chick-fil-A local Owner-Operator was about more than a career change - it was about finding a way to make a larger impact in the community I love,” Efford said . “Now, opening a second restaurant, I’m excited to continue that mission by mentoring the next generation of young leaders and serving the growing Palm Coast community with care.”
To celebrate the grand opening, Chick-fil-A is donating $25,000 to Feeding American in the restaurant's honor. The funds will be distributed in the greater Central Florida area, the press release said.
The Chick-fil-A Seminole Woods location will also participate in the Chick-fil-A Shared Table program, which redirects surplus food to local nonprofits.
