On Wednesday, May 21, Ormond Beach's "Costume Crazies" dressed up as "frantic fairies" as they took on the downtown.

The group of women dined at Kona Tiki Bar and at 31 Supper Club.

The Costume Crazies was founded by Pamela Baird Mengel, of Ormond-by-the-Sea, who sought to create a social group for women who love costumes.
