Widget, a 10-year-old, 60-pound male Australian Cattle Dog is a senior sweetheart with a zest for life. Don’t let his age fool you. Widget still has pep in his step and a huge heart full of love to share. This sweet and gentle senior was sadly surrendered in April after his owner could no longer care for him due to health issues. Widget loves car rides, walks politely on a leash and gets along well with other dogs. He’s laid-back, loyal and looking for a cozy home to spend his golden years.
Lacey, a 4.5-year-old, 60-pound female terrier mix, is loyal, loving and full of life. This beautiful girl was rescued by Animal Control in late October and has been making up for lost time by soaking in all the love she can get. Lacey is a friendly, affectionate pup who thrives as the center of attention. Whether it’s walking, playin, or snuggling, she’s happiest by your side. Lacey would prefer to be your one-and-only furry friend, but with her big heart and loving spirit, she’s all the dog you’ll ever need.
Honey, a 5-year-old, 50-pound female Collie mix is a gentle soul seeking a quiet home. Honey came to us from another county as a rescue case and has blossomed with patient care and kindness. She’s very house-trained, excellent on leash and prefers a peaceful home without loud children. While she’s tolerant of other animals, she’d be just as content being the only pet. Honey is a soft-hearted sweetheart who simply wants a calm, loving place to call home.
Felicity, a 2-year-old domestic shorthair female is quirky, cuddly and full of charm. Felicity was abandoned at our shelter on May 25, but this clever, curious kitty hasn’t let that dampen her spirit. Friendly with other cats and gentle with new people (though a bit shy at first), Felicity is litter-box trained and has a hilarious habit of snoozing completely under her cat bed, only to pop out when you least expect it. She’s currently available for adoption at PetSmart in Palm Coast. Stop by and say hello. She just might surprise you!
