A house in Toscana at 100 La Toscana Rotonda was the top estate transaction in Ormond Beach and Ormond-by-the-Sea for the week of Dec. 6-12. The house sold on Dec. 10, for $1,550,000. Built in 2025, the house is a 3/3.5 and has a pool, a spa, an outdoor kitchen and 3,526 square feet.
