Copper Bottom Craft Distillery owner to share success story during Volusia/Flagler FPRA program

Jenni Craig, co-owner of Copper Botton Craft Distillery in Holly Hill, will share her rum distillery's branding success story during a professional development program on Thursday, Jan. 15.

The program, titled "Mastering the Copper Bottom Brand," is hosted by the Volusia/Flagler Chapter of the Florida Public Relations Association and will start at 11:30 a.m. at the distillery, located at 998 N. Beach St.

Copper Bottom Craft Distillery was opened in 2016 by Jenni and Jeremy Craig, of Ormond Beach. During the program, Jenni Craig will share the vision behind their distillery's start, challenges and opportunities faced during the COVID-19 pandemic, and the worldwide attention gained in 2025 when Jeremy Craig competed on “Moonshiners Master Distiller” on the Discovery Channel, according to a press release.

Jenni Craig is a public relations graduate of the University of Florida and also owns Jenni Craig & Co., a full-service fundraising agency for nonprofits seeking to grow in Volusia and Flagler counties. Her 20-year public relations, marketing and philanthropy career included positions at Life University in Georgia and Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University in Daytona Beach.

Tickets for the program are on sale at fpravf.org. They cost $30 for FPRA members, $40 for guests or $15 for students. Register by noon Jan. 13 to receive the included lunch.
