Palm Coast's Cornelia Downing Manfre, a commercial real estate advisor with ONE Sotheby’s International Realty, has been named the exclusive leasing agent for The Promenade at Town Center.
The Promenade is a 203,000-square-foot, mixed-use development currently under construction across from Central Park in Town Center. It has 57,000 square feet of space for retail, restaurant, and offices, according to a press release from ONE Sotheby's International Realty.
Manfre will oversee all leasing and commercial tenant placement activity for the property, with a focus on attracting a well-balanced mix of restaurants, retail users, and professional office tenants that align with local demand and long-term growth trends, the press release said.

Though the property is not finished yet, leasing opportunities are currently available, the press release said. Restaurants, retailers, and professional users seeking high-visibility space in a growing market are encouraged to inquire.
The area around The Promenade is one of Palm Coast's "primary commercial corridors," with strong daily traffic counts, high visibility, and close proximity to major residential communities, medical offices, schools, and professional services, the press release said.
The development broke ground on the project in July 2024 and will be the first major commercial development to the area in years. It has six, four-story buildings, with commercial space on the ground floor and residential units across the second, third and fourth floors.
The Promenade is designed for residents in Town Center to be able to "live, work and play," and has 204 residential units. The Franklin Street Retail Services team will lead leasing for The Promenade's residential units, which include studio, one- and two-bedroom apartment units with balconies.
The property is expected to be finished with construction in 2026, according to a previous press release.
