United Methodist Christian School hosted its second annual "Little Picasso" Art Show fundraiser on Nov. 15. The fundraiser raised money for classroom supplies and technology. The art show featured original artwork from kindergarten students and younger. Through a silent auction, attendees bid on their favorite student artwork.

Three-year-old Kallen was the top winner. Kallen’s work was a portrait of himself and his sister. His artwork will be enlarged to a life-sized print and displayed in the school’s main hallway.

Additional activities at the event included a portrait booth operated by the new kindergarten class and a performance by Corações De Portugal Rancho Infantil.

United Methodist Christian School, a preschool of Palm Coast United Methodist Church, was established in 1984. It relocated two years ago to 6500 Belle Terre Parkway, and expanded its grade levels through kindergarten.
