First Watch's new location in Ormond Beach will open on Monday, Sept. 1.
The Florida-based breakfast chain announced the opening of its new 4,800-square-foot restaurant, located at Granada Plaza at 185 E. Granada Blvd., on Friday, Aug. 29. The restaurant will seat over 160 people and features a patio and interior bar, according to a press release.
On the menu are dishes such as avocado toast, farmhouse hash, lemon ricotta pancakes, sandwiches, salads and fresh juices. The restaurant offers a revolving seasonal menu five times a year; Ormond Beach's first seasonal menu will launch in winter.
"First Watch is widely beloved for its modern take on breakfast and brunch," the press release states. "Dishes are made to order using fresh ingredients in a kitchen without heat lamps, microwaves or deep fryers."
To celebrate its opening, customers who dine in at the restaurant on Monday, Sept. 1 through Friday, Sept. 5, will receive unlimited Project Sunrise coffee with their meal; this is sourced by women coffee farmers based in South America.
First Watch will be open from 7 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. daily for pickup, delivery and dine-in. To place an order orjoin a digital waitlist, visit firstwatch.com.
The restaurant will employ about 30 people. Interested applicants may apply at careers.firstwatch.com.
