It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Timothy Howard Hellmuth, 52, of Flagler Beach, FL, who went home to be with the Lord on August 8, 2025.
Born on May 5, 1973, in Middletown, Ohio, Tim grew up in Flagler Beach, a community he cherished deeply. He graduated from Flagler Palm Coast High School in 1991 and, in 1994, proudly enlisted in the United States Marine Corps, serving his country with honor as a Corporal until 1998. During his time of service, Tim sustained a Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI). About ten years ago, he was also diagnosed with a brain tumor, and in the years since he faced ongoing seizures that gradually worsened. He was a devoted member of the Disabled American Veterans (DAV).
Tim is survived by his father, David Hellmuth; mother, Deanna Hellmuth Kershner and her husband Bernie; daughters, Danielle Hellmuth and Mary Grace Stevens Hellmuth; sister, Jenna Hellmuth and her husband Daniel; brother, Stephen Hellmuth and his wife Amanda; and grandson, James Hellmuth; along with many nieces and nephews.
A loving and kind soul, Tim never hesitated to lend a helping hand to anyone in need. He lived his life grounded in honor, faith, and a deep love for Jesus Christ, which he joyfully shared with others. His warmth, generosity, and light touched the hearts of all who knew him.
Semper Fi, son—we love you and will miss you always.
Tim will be inurned at Cape Canaveral National Cemetery with military honors.
