Ormond Beach launches new utility portal

Residents who were previously enrolled in automatic payments will need to re-enroll.

Have you registered for Ormond Beach's new Utility Payment Portal?

The portal was launched on July 25. Residents who were previously enrolled in automatic payments will need to re-enroll.

Need help? The city's Utility Billing Department's office hours are 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through the Friday. The department will be virtual only on Aug. 21. For more information, call 386-676-3209.

Additionally, the city is considering the following increased utility rates for fiscal year 2025-2026:

  • Stormwater: $2 per month, or $24 annually
  • Water and wastewater: $11.59 per month, or $139.08 annually
  • Solid waste: $1.97 per month, or $23.64 annually

These rates will be considered for a vote by the City Commission at its meetings at on Wednesday, Sept. 3 and 17. The meetings, held inside City Commission Chambers at City Hall, both start at 7 p.m.
