Performers light up the stage at Spotlight on Flagler Youth Talent Show

K’imani Gervin-McCoy, Sophia Paige and Annabelle Kocher and Emma and Sarah Duncan took home the top prizes.

Performers dazzled the audience at the 2024 Spotlight on Flagler Youth Talent Show on May 23 at the Fitzgerald Performing Arts Center at Flagler Auditorium.

The winners and runners-up were:

Junior Division — Winners: Annabelle Kocher, Emma Duncan and Sarah Duncan. Runner-up: Anniston Goetsch.

Middle Division — Winner: Sophia Paige. Runner-up: Jade Hreib.

Senior Division — Winner: K’imani Gervin-McCoy. Runners-up: Ayoalaja Akinbo and Mackinzie Rogan.

“I can’t tell you how difficult the decision was to select a winner due to how amazing the talent was this year,” said Flagler County School Board member Cheryl Massaro who judged the competition with John Fanelli, Christy Butler and Flagler County Commission Chair Andy Dance.

“There was a great amount of talent on the stage for this year’s show,” said Brandon Seminara, manager of the Flagler County Youth Center. “I am thankful to everyone that came out to support the talent Flagler County has to offer.”
