The Dance Method founder Lauren Jaussi had one goal on May 18 for the audience at the sold out Pirate Theater at Matanzas High School.
"Today is a celebration of you," she said to begin the second-annual spring dance recital. "Being with your kids this week reminds me of why I wanted to start the dance studio in the first place: because dance makes people happy."
The studio's instructors are Jada Hathaway, Sydney McCue and Madison Brokaw. Hayden Jaussi is treasurer, and Jamie McBride is the administrative assistant. Teaching assistants: Isabelle Duffy, Cora Hathaway, Christina Hutchins, Brooklynn LaPointe, Macy McGinnis, Sienna Morris, Chloe Raymond, Tessa Stewart and Emma Zwirn.
The Dance Method's seniors are Mackinzie Rogan, Arianna Duque and Natalia Sipko.
