Linda Mackie and Nancy Lloyd, of Flagler Beach, sold 3600 S. Ocean Shore Blvd., Unit 816, to Marianne Schuettler, of Flagler Beach, for $352,000. Built in 1984, the condo is a 1/1 and has 719 square feet. It sold in 1995 for $75,000.
John and Gloria Bearden, of Marietta, Georgia, sold 105 Captains Walk to Joel and Sherry Waldman, of Palm Coast, for $422,500. Built in 1989, the condo is a 3/2.5 and has 1,875 square feet. It sold in 2022 for $440,000.
