Taylor Morrison of Florida Inc., of Maitland, sold 1369 Arklow Circle to David Adey and Deborah Parsons, of Ormond Beach, for $764,000. Built in 2023, the house is a 5/4.5 and has 3,312 square feet.
Catherine August Frederick, of Gulfport, sold 75 Seminole Ave. to Joshua Jenkins, as trustee, for $495,000. Built in 1923, the house is a 4/3 and has a pool, a fireplace and 2,676 square feet. It sold in 1999 for $146,000.
Yvonne Loguldlce, of Ormond Beach, sold 123 Deep Woods Way to Thomas and Katie Reardon, of Ormond Beach, for $655,000. Built in 2000, the house is a 4/4 and has a fireplace, a pool, a hot tub and 3,141 square feet. It sold in 2006 for $500,000.
Louis and Dolores Gill, of Weirsdale, sold 12 Noblewoods Way to Victoria Hinckley, of Ormond Beach, for $650,000. Built in 1988, the house is a 4/3.5 and has a pool, a fireplace and 2,395 square feet. It sold in 2017 for $340,000.
D.R. Horton, Inc., of Orlando, sold 2974 Monaghan Drive to Robert Frederick Ammerman and maria Annette Passamonte-Ammerman, of Ormond Beach, for $472,300. Built in 2023, the house is a 3/3 and has 2,028 square feet.
Toni Peterson, of Bunnell, sold 165 Ormond Parkway to Kari Keil, of Ormond Beach, for $425,000. Built in 1957, the house is a 2/2 and has a pool and 1,882 square feet. It sold in 1985 for $79,900.
Tom and Katie Reardon, of Ormond Beach, sold 34 Blockhouse Court to Jason and Dawn Hrynkiw, of Ormond Beach, for $457,000. Built in 1998, the house is a 3/2 and has 2,048 square feet. It sold in 2015 for $227,000.
Pinellas Equities LLC, of Irving, Texas, sold 287 North Yonge Street to JCMC Enterprise LLC, of Richmond, California, for $295,200. Built in 1958, the house is a 3/2 and has a pool and 1,700 square feet. It sold in 2023 for $280,000.
Dolores Zaharios, of Ormond Beach, sold 228 North Beach Street to Keith Yarish and Ruby Anne Deveras, of Ormond Beach, for $715,000. Built in 1950, the house is a 4/2.5 and has a fireplace, an in-law suite and 1,850 square feet. It sold in 1989 for $108,000.
